COMING SOON — A 34-unit development off of Davidson Gateway Dr. in the heart of Davidson, NC. Walk to Harris Teeter at Davidson Commons, or stroll on over to popular Milkbread for your morning coffee and donut.

Saussy Burbank is currently pushing dirt, and plans to go vertical no later than early second quarter of 2024. The 30 single-family homes will have attached garages and average around 1,850 square feet. Plans will have three levels – a 2-car garage, bedroom 3 and full bath on the lower level, main living on the second level, and the remaining bedrooms on the third level. Pricing will start out in the low-to-mid $600s.

In addition to our 30 single-family homes, we’ll also offer 4 affordable two-story duplexes. Two bedrooms and a bathroom will be on the second floor, while main living will be on the first floor. Duplexes will not have garages. Income requirements and processing of applicants is handled by the Town of Davidson affordable housing coordinator.  Three units will be designated as affordable at 85% area median income (AMI) and one will be available for qualifiers at 120% AMI.
