A return to Davidson! Saussy Burbank will be exclusively building a 34-unit development off of Davidson Gateway Dr. in the heart of Davidson, NC. Walk to Harris Teeter at Davidson Commons, or stroll on over to popular Milkbread for your morning coffee and donut. Duplexes will not have garages. Income requirements and processing of applicants is handled by the Town of Davidson affordable housing coordinator. Three units will be designated as affordable at 85% area median income (AMI) and one will be available for qualifiers at 120% AMI.
