Construction has now begun on the first two Lakeside Cottages in Davidson Pointe! With prime waterfront views, these cottages feature 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,932 square feet. There will be five total, all with double porches to fully maximize the beautiful view of Lake Davidson. Base prices start at $299,900, and the first two are scheduled for a March 2013 completion.
