Saussy Burbank Awarded GuildMaster in Charlotte, Davidson and Fort Mill, SC
Saussy Burbank has partnered with GuildQuality, a third-party customer satisfaction surveying company, since 2009. As a GuildQuality Guildmember, we rely on our customer surveying to help us deliver an exceptional customer experience. Surveys are distributed at three points in the home-buying process: at contract, shortly after closing, and one year after closing.
Most recently, Saussy Burbank was awarded the 2020 Guildmaster Award with Distinction in the New Home Builders category – the ninth time the homebuilder has received the Guildmaster honor. To qualify for the Guildmaster award, a customer must achieve a minimum recommendation rate of 90%, and at least 94% for an award of distinction. Companies must also have a response rate of at least 50%.

Davidson Hall
