The customer experience begins the moment an individual steps through our model door and never truly ends since we pledge to be a phone call away should you need us a day or a decade after closing. In order for Saussy Burbank to accurately assess customer satisfactory we use Guild Quality as a third party to survey the satisfaction of our homeowners during and after the home buying process. Our homeowners are surveyed at three different points in time – at contract, shortly after closing and long after closing. With each survey, buyers have an opportunity to rate their likelihood to recommend. Guild Quality surveys are reviewed monthly by our sales, design, field and management teams in order to highlight where we have excelled as well as areas we can improve.
Saussy Burbank has just been awarded the 2020 Guildmaster with Distinction. This award is the highest honor to receive as a Guildmember. Companies are awarded this status upon applying with an achievement of both a 90% recommendation rate and a 50% customer response rate. We are extremely honored to receive this national accolade and intend to uphold this status consecutively in the years to come. Saussy Burbank has been a Guild member since 2007, and we have won the Guildmaster Award the following years: 2011, 2012 ,2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020.
