New Homes on Ideal Way in Dilworth

Saussy Burbank will soon begin construction on two additional houses in Charlotte’s historic Dilworth community. Located at 633 and 640 Ideal Way, the “Covington” plans will feature hardwoods and ten foot ceilings throughout the first floor, craftsman molding and trim, GE Café Stainless Steel appliances, front and rear porches, and two-car attached garages.
