Best Neighborhoods in Charlotte for Work from Home

Working from home became much more common in 2020. Even when businesses reopened in 2021, many people continued to work from home or, at least, to work more days from home in a hybrid version of office work and working remotely. There are many reasons people enjoy work from home, but there is added appeal if you’re living in one of these best neighborhoods in Charlotte.

Many employees want to continue working from home as it helps minimize workplace distractions, eliminates their commute, and offers more flexibility. Businesses have seen the great experiment of working from home, well, work, and are staying the course. In a Hubstaff survey, only 15.5% of 400 companies planned to return fully to the office in 2021. They expected remote work to:

  • Increase profitability (44.25%)
  • Improve productivity (45.5%)
  • Make employees happier (63.75%)

The happiest of employees working remotely are those living in these best neighborhoods in Charlotte for work from home.
