Charlotte Metro Named #2 Best Place for Families to Live

ZipRealty blog recently named the Charlotte Metro area as the number 2 “Best Place for Families to Live“. The rankings were based on the quality of the local schools using the website’s own School Score. Also considered was the affordability of local real estate.

The blog identified York County School District 4/ Fort Mill School District as the Standout School District of the Charlotte Metro, awarding it a rating of 9.1 out of 10. Our Fort Mill community Baxter Village, has two remaining homes zoned for York County School District 4.
