Urban Renewal
We were excited to be featured in a Charlotte Observer story over the weekend about infill development near Uptown Charlotte. For over three years, Saussy Burbank has found opportunities for urban renewal in communities such as Dilworth, Plaza-Midwood and Myers Park. In many cases, we replaced older, neglected properties with new homes that match the character and feel of these historic neighborhoods.
We have also built new homes inside the beltway in Raleigh and in historic Old Village Mt. Pleasant, SC.
