Sedgefield Named One of America’s Hottest Neighborhoods

Charlotte’s Sedgefield neighborhood was named by Redfin, an online real estate company, as one of the nation’s hottest up-and-coming neighborhoods. Agent Marcy Prentiss was quoted in the article, saying “affordability is a big reason Sedgefield is becoming such a hot area right now.” She added that despite its prime location, the neighborhood is not as expensive as several of the surrounding areas.

Saussy Burbank currently has four homes under construction and for sale in Sedgefield, including three on Marsh Road and two on Cambridge Road. One home on Marsh Road has already sold.
