Saussy Burbank will break ground Spring 2020 into Phase 12A of Briar Chapel, which will showcase 8 exclusive 40’ homesites. These 8 homesites located on Vandalia Avenue will be home to a brand new floor plan by Saussy Burbank called the Haven.
The Haven has been designed specifically to accommodate the 40’ homesites and will only be available for this phase.
